Ingredients
Cream Cheese 250g
Sugar 70g
Egg 150g (3nos)
Cake Flour/Superfine 15g
Whipping Cream 130g
Method
1. Preheat oven to 190°C
2. Cut cream cheese into small piece , add cheese into mixing bowl , add sugar and stir with low speed for 3 minutes(speed#3), and turn to high speed (#8)and beat for another 3 minutes, scrape the bowl until well combined, beat again for another 4 minutes on high speed .
3. Beat egg in a small bowl, at one at a time into batter, stir at medium speed until well combined, add another egg and repeat the same method until finish all egg.
4. Sieve the flour and add into batter at low speed.
5. Add whipped cream gradually until well combined.
6. Sieve the batter and pour onto a lined 6 inch cake tin.
7. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, and bake on upper heat on 220°C for another 3-5 minutes until brown in color.
