Chopped Garlic 100g

Butter 250g

Whipped Cream 80g

Honey 40g

Salt 2g

Mayonnaise 80g

Method

Cheese Filling Method

1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and salt with medium speed for 10 mins. Add whipped cream and stir for another 2 mins.

 

Butter Garlic Method

1. Double butter until melted .Add in chopped garlic, honey, salt, egg stir even. Add in whipped cream and parsley mix until well combined.

 

Bread making – straight method

1. Flour and yeast mix with low speed for 1minutes.

2. Add in dry ingredients and wet ingredients.

3. Add in Butter . M -7-10”

4. Basic Proof 30 minutes

5. Scale 200gm and moulding

6. Intermediate proof 10-15 minutes

7. Roll into round shape. Place in baking tray.

8. Final Proof 50-60 minutes

9. Bake at 200°C for 12-14 minutes or turbo oven 160°C 10-12 minutes.

10. Let it cool and cut the bread into 6 portion but keep the bottom.

11. Pipe cream filling in between each portion。

12. Dip the bread into the butter garlic.

13. Bake at 180c for 15 mins until golden yellow in color.
