Ingredients

Egg White 蛋白 200g (5 nos)

Egg Yolk 蛋黃 40g (2 nos)

Castor Sugar 幼糖 133g

Superfine Flour 低筋麵粉 160g

Ovalette 乳化劑 15g

Baking Powder 醱粉 1g

Melted Butter 融化牛油 150g

Vanilla 香精 1 tsp

Milk 鲜奶 25g

Cocoa Powder 可可粉 10g

Choc Emulco 巧克力糕 10g

 

做法

1. 打發蛋白,蛋黃,糖,粉,乳化劑及醱粉以高速拌打10 分鐘.

2. 加入香精及奶水.

3. 加入食油拌均匀。

4. 将面糊分为两份,一份加入融化的可可粉成为巧克力面糊。

5. 分次将面糊装入垫纸的烤馍。

6. 以180°c烤 35-40分鐘.

 

 

Method

1. Beat egg white, egg yolk, sugar, flour , ovalette and baking powder in high speed for 10 mins.

2. Add in vanilla and milk .

3. Then fold in cooking oil .

4. Divide the batter into two portion, one add in melted cocoa powder for chocolate batter.

5. Altenate pour into greased lined cake tin.

6. Bake at 180 °C 35-40 mins.
