注意事项：

1、烘烤后的模子请用干布擦干即可,如有擦不干净的原料,请回炉内加热,再擦拭即可;

2、烘烤前30分钟请将卡娜蕾模放入烤箱加热至 180℃,取出迅速倒入隔水加热溶解的蜂蜡(或是奶油),再迅速倒出,并将模具开口向下倒放在网架上;

3、卡娜蕾模不可重叠,避免铜外部的氧化物因重叠而污染到模具内部。

Tips:

1. After baking, please dry the mold with a dry cloth. If there is any raw material that cannot be wiped clean, please return it into the oven to heat it and wipe it again;

2. 30 minutes before baking, please put the canele mould in the oven and heat it to 180 ℃, take out the beeswax (or butter) that has been double boiled and pour in quickly, then pour it out quickly, and place the mold upside down on a wire rack ;

3. Do not stack Canele moulds to avoid the oxides outside the copper from being polluted to the inside of the mold due to overlapping.
